We have obtained new ISO and SOC2 certifications

✅ We successfully recertified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001, which now cover all key activities of our company.

✅ We expanded our certifications to include ISO 45001, focusing on occupational health and safety management systems, and ISO 50001 for energy management.

In response to the introduction of the CSRD by the European Commission, we have started to prepare for non-financial ESG reporting. This legislation, requires a mandatory audit of non-financial data against ESG sustainability reporting standards, which will be relevant to us from 2025.

✅ In November, we successfully completed a SOC2 Type II audit, ensuring that we protect our customers' data within our Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) services to the highest level.

The process for obtaining SOC1 Type II is also well underway with completion scheduled by the end of January 2025.

All of these steps represent a significant shift in our certification, security, sustainability strategy and we are confident they will add value to our clients and partners.
