That's why we combine advanced digital technologies with manual validation when digitizing printed documents.
To cover the range of processes involved in converting printed documents into digital form, we operate a digitisation centre, one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
We work not only with documents that we digitise from print, but also with documents that primarily exist only in digital form. We can handle both.
Complete management and extraction of your documents

We operate 2 branches of the digitisation centre, allowing your company to completely outsource document processing. We can also handle large quantities of documents in a short time, thanks to the high capacity in our validation centre.
How is the processing and digitization of your printed documents handled?
- We prepare the documents for digitization: we remove the binding material and sort them logically.
- We scan them and convert them into digital form.
- We ensure the extraction of the selected data.
- We perform manual data validation.
- We export the digitized data to your ERP or DMS.
- We upload documents to a traditional or digital archive.
- We provide long-term archiving in both types of archive.
Thanks to manual data validation, we can guarantee up to 99.5% accuracy of the extracted data. Both of our sites meet the strict standards of the ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system.
Processing your outgoing mail
Do you need to send out large quantities of printed documents and your internal capacity is not sufficient? We will gladly take over this work for you. You can handle it conveniently from your desk. We will prepare for you a complete distribution of bulk mail, business writing and billings. Whether physically or digitally.
How is your outgoing mail handled?
- We will take the documents from you in digital form. For example, by email.
- We prepare the documents for sending.
- We provide printing and enveloping for physical mailings.
- We send out the prepared mail.
- We'll do the filing and send the reporting.
TIP: We will provide the lowest possible postage on the market for your business mail.
Document archiving and shredding
If you have binders of printed documents piling up at your business, or if you find it difficult to find them in a traditional physical archive, there's nothing easier than converting your archive to digital form.
We'll take care of your physical and digital archive. We can also arrange for the shredding of documents that have passed their mandatory retention period. We shred both printed and digital documents according to a shredding protocol.
How do I convert my paper archive to digital form?
- We take over your physical archive.
- We prepare the documents for digitisation.
- After the digitization is completed, we digitize the documents.
- We export the digitized documents to a digital archive.
