Who we are
Since its establishment in 2000, Z+M GROUP Holding has developed into a leading provider of multidisciplinary solutions in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
Thanks to many years of experience, a stable background and a wide network of partners, we offer efficient and independent solutions primarily in the areas of printing, ICT and digitalization. We currently employ more than 550 employees, including over 325 people with disabilities (PWD).
Our headquarters are located in Ostrava, we also have sales offices and warehouses in Prague, Brno, Čadca, Košice, Bratislava and Cieszyn. We are active not only in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, but also in other EU countries, including Hungary, Austria, Germany, and we provide services to customers from the USA and Asia Pacific (APAC).
What we offer
Printing solutions
Our history is closely linked to the production of alternative and refurbished print cartridges, in which we are one of the largest manufacturers in the Czech Republic. Gradually, we have expanded our offering to include comprehensive customized printing solutions - from design to security and monitoring to service and rental of printing equipment. Thanks to a high level of automation, we ensure efficient and trouble-free operation for our customers.
ICT solutions
The ICT division focuses on the supply of IT infrastructure, cyber security and surveillance systems. We also have a strong presence in the education sector, where we implement projects for specialised classrooms, network connectivity and other technologies. We also provide our customers with complete subsidy management.
Digitalization and process automation
The digitization division specializes in document processing, data extraction and validation, and downstream business process automation. We help companies reduce costs while increasing the efficiency of their daily operations.
We also offer software products for the management and monitoring of printing, IT equipment such as PC stations, laptops, servers and also paper.
Social Responsibility
Due to the high proportion of employees with disabilities, we offer our products and services under the so-called substitute performace scheme in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll. on Employment - through our subsidiaries, always on the basis of an individual agreement.

Environment
None of us should be indifferent to the environment we live in and that our children will live in. One of the ways we can show responsibility towards the environment is by determining what products we buy and how we treat them when they wear out.
That is why we provide:
- Collection and buying of empty toner cartridges
- Sorting of individual parts
- Ecological disposal of cartridges and their parts
Ecological disposal
While it is already common practice to deliver printers and other electronic devices to waste collection points, this is still usually not the case for cartridges. We offer to purchase used cartridges from companies who exclusively buy original cartridges, which we then recycle or dispose of ecologically.
Recycling and purchase of empty cartridges
Another way to significantly help environmental protection is to buy refurbished cartridges. All cartridges are recyclable, only the parts that could no longer guarantee 100% printing quality are replaced during the refurbishment. Every cartridge can
